During the last 40 years, we have been able to accumulate a large stock of rare wines.
Each individual bottle is checked for clarity, registered and catalogued.
The wines are wrapped and labelled in tissue paper, so that the humidity in the cellar does not affect the label too much.
According to a special number system, the bottles are stored so that even single bottles can be found quickly.
In crates or lattice boxes, the wines are waiting to be discovered and to give pleasure.
